Tell us how to send your statements — Go Paperless to see your statement history online and stop receiving mailed statements. Or, select "U.S. Mail" to receive online and mailed statements.

Note: We'll e-mail you when your statements are available online. If you choose to go paperless, it may take up to two months before you stop receiving paper statements in the mail, depending on when your statement cycle ends.

1The number of statements you see will depend on your account type and whether you receive your statements online or by mail. When you request Paperless Statements for your:
  • Credit card account(s) — you'll have immediate access to up to 6 years of statement history.
  • Auto account(s) — you'll have access within 48 hours to all statements you've received between March 2006 onward and some accounts from November 2007 onward.
  • Checking and savings account(s) — you'll have access within 48 hours to all statements you've received from November 2003 onward. (Eventually, you be able to see up to 7 years of statement history.)
  • Home equity account(s) — you'll have access within 48 hours to up to 6 months of statement history.
