Choose how to download your activity — There are two ways you can see your account information in your personal financial management (PFM) software (e.g. Microsoft® Money, Quicken®, QuickBooks®, etc). Please select the method you prefer.

Attention Quicken users:
Quicken allows you to automatically download all of your available Chase accounts without having to 'Activate' the Chase Direct Connect Service. You will be asked to provide your Chase Online User ID and Password within your Quicken software to update. At no charge, you can download your account activity to a file on your desktop, then import it into your PFM software. Note: the OFX file format is recommended for Microsoft Money, Quicken or Quickbooks, version 2005 or newer.
 
Designed for those who use PFM software to retrieve account information and pay bills directly from the software. You'll be able to retrieve the activity for most of your Chase accounts at one time.
