Make fast mortgage payments — Pay your loan over the phone with FastPay. Just follow the simple instructions below.

 

Set up FastPay

  
 
  Make your mortgage payments quickly by paying over the phone with FastPay! To make your payment:
  1. Call our FastPay Department at 1-800-848-9136.
    Access Customer Care for your account by entering your Social Security Number or your Chase Home Finance loan number. After you've heard your account information, please follow our easy-to-understand voice prompts.

  2. When prompted, please enter:
    • Your bank's ABA routing number (9 digits, beginning with a 0, 1, 2 or 3)
    • The account number for the checking account you're using to make the payment
    • Your Chase Home Finance mortgage loan number
    • Your payment amount
By using FastPay to make your payment, you’ll save on your regular service fee. Effective September 25, 2004, we process all FastPay payments as an automatic debit from your checking or savings account.
